HOOVER, AL-Colony Hills Capital LLC, a real estate investment group based in Massachusetts, has purchased Riverchase Landing, a 468-unit apartment community in Hoover, for an amount of $28 million. This is the first apartment community in Alabama for Colony Hills Capital.
The apartment complex, which sits on 45 acres of land, is 98% occupied. Brooklyn, New York-based Collins Group LLC owned the property as recently as 2008. For the full story, go to Birmingham Business Journal .
