ARLINGTON, TX-North Carolina-based Snider Tire Inc. has moved from Grand Prairie to Arlington. The commercial tire dealer has inked a long-term lease for a 65,000-square-foot facility at 840 N. Great Southwest Parkway.
Eight Forty Great Southwest Parkway LLC has purchased the facility, situated in the Great Southwest Industrial District, from Warehouse Holdings LP and leased it to Snider Tire.
