MEMPHIS-Trane Inc., a subsidiary of Ingersoll Rand, has finalized a warehouse and distribution center lease in Southeast Memphis. The company has signed a lease for 625,000 square feet at Chickasaw Distribution Center Building E.
This will be the second facility in the Memphis area for Trane. Brad Murchison of with CB Richard Ellis Memphis negotiated the lease deal with Trane on behalf of HPM Owners LLC, the owner of the Chickasaw facility. For the full story, go to Memphis Business Journal .
