COLUMBUS, GA-Two Columbus, Georgia-based apartment developers will soon start construction on new apartment complexes, one in Phenix City, Alabama and the other in Columbus, Georgia. The Columbus Ledger-Enquirer reported that new complexes will provide approximately 500 units to the growing rental market.

Greystone Properties and The Woodruff Co. are planning to break ground on the multifamily properties in early 2012. The newspaper reported that the developers will take up to 22 months to complete the projects. For the full story, go to Atlanta Business Chronicle .
