BOSTON-The Boston Young Men's Christian Union property located at 48 Boylston Street in Boston's Midtown district has reached the sales block. The 87,579-square-foot office structure, situated at the junction of the Back Bay, Downtown Crossing and Theater District, is valued at $5.6 million.
