LONDON-Computer 2000, part of TechData, is moving to MEPC's Chineham Park in Hampshire. The company has acquired Redwood 2, an office building measuring 47,821 square feet in Basingstoke.
The Redwood 2 office building has been leased for ten years. The asking rent for the property was GBP 16.00 per square foot. Computer 2000 is relocating to Redwood 2 to support its growth. Cushman & Wakefield advised Computer 2000 in the deal. For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
