SAN DIEGO-Acacia Capital Corp. has acquired Fashion Terrace Apartments, a 73-unit apartment community at 6888 Friars Road in Mission Valley for $17 million. The apartment complex was sold by Fashion Terrace LLC.
The 73,454-square-foot complex comprises 63 two-bedroom units and 10 one-bedroom units. Amenities in the community include a fitness center, heated lap pool, sauna, spa, barbecue facilities and protected parking. The property sits on three acres of land.
