NEW YORK CITY-The New Jersey Nets are moving its corporate headquarters to Downtown Brooklyn from East Rutherford. The team will occupy 35,145 square feet at 15 MetroTech Center.
The organization will sublease the entire 11th floor at the office building from Visiting Nurse Health Care System, Inc. Asking rent for the space was in the $30s per square foot.
