LOUISVILLE, KY-Semonin Realtors has leased the entire second-floor space at 600 North Hurstbourne, a 125,000-square-foot development in eastern Jefferson County. The company will occupy 33,000 square feet at the four-story office building, which is under construction on the Shelby Campus of the University of Louisville.
