JESSUP, MD-Southern Pacific Supply Co. Inc. is moving its operations from Baltimore to Jessup. The company has leased 75,000 square feet of space in an industrial building in Jessup.
Southern Pacific is planning relocate its 45 employees to the new location by the end of next month. Earlier this year, Terreno Realty Corp. purchased the industrial property at 8441 Dorsey Run Road for $5.8 million.
