STAMFORD, CT-Building and Land Technology has purchased 695 E. Main St. in Stamford from Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. The office complex, which measures 614,000 square feet, changed hands for $30 million.
The E. Main Street property previously housed General Reinsurance Corp.'s North American headquarters. It will undergo a complete renovation. Newmark Knight Frank has been selected as leasing agent for the building. Cushman & Wakefield Inc. negotiated the sale on behalf of Lehman Brothers Holdings.
