AUSTIN, TX-Stream Realty Partners has brokered three lease deals totaling 29,893 square feet in Austin and Round Rock. In Austin, Twin Liquors has signed a 3,500-square-foot lease at 12407 N. MoPac Expy and My Fit Foods has signed a 6,441-square-foot least at 500 Canyon Ridge Dr.
