BOTHELL, WA-Terramar Retail Centers LLC, a Carlsbad, California-based real estate firm, has acquired Canyon Park Place, a retail center spanning 130,786 square feet at the junction of the Bothell-Everett Highway and 228th Street in Bothell. The company has paid $35 million for the center anchored by a Bartell's drugstore and a QFC grocery.
