BLOOMINGTON, MN-Acadian Candle Co., a candle manufacturer, is relocating its headquarters from 1920 W. 94th St. to Hampshire Avenue in Bloomington. The company has leased 44,000 square feet of space in a single-story office/warehouse property at 10801 Hampshire Ave.
Acadian is planning to move its 40 employees to the Hampshire Ave. building on May 1. Dan Lofgren, Jason Meyer and Kris Smeltzer from Cushman & Wakefield | NorthMarq Real Estate Services represented Indianapolis-based Duke Realty Corp., the landlord, in the lease deal.
