HUNTSVILLE, TX-Charlotte-based Campus Crest Communities Inc. has acquired its joint-venture partner on two properties. The company has acquired the 50.1% interests in The Grove at Statesboro in Georgia and The Grove at Huntsville in Texas for $13.5 million from Harrison Street Real Estate Capital.
The properties accommodate students at Georgia State and Sam Houston State universities. Campus Crest secured $28.7 million in financing for the acquisition through Citibank. For the full story, go to Charlotte Business Journal .
