CLEVELAND, TN-Cole Real Estate Investments has purchased roughly 153,000 square feet of space in the Cleveland Towne Center, a 349,000-square-foot shopping center located in Cleveland, Tennessee, for an undisclosed price. Holliday Fenoglio Fowler LP handled the sale on behalf of the seller, Cleveland Towne Center LLC, a joint venture between Warren Commercial Real Estate and Batson-Cook Development Co.
