GLASGOW, UK-Pramerica Real Estate Investors, the European arm of Prudential Financial, Inc., has acquired 141 Bothwell Street in Glasgow for approximately GBP 70 million. The firm has bought the 175,000-square-foot office building for a single client account.
The nine-story multi-tenant office building, developed in 2009, is fully leased to tenants, including HSBC Bank plc, PricewaterhouseCoopers and Shell. The property also has 60 underground parking spaces. For the full story, go to Europe Real Estate .
