DENVER-White Plains, New York-based Seavest Healthcare Properties and Denver-based Fleisher Smyth Brokaw have paid $41.25 million for five medical office buildings in Littleton and Denver. A partnership of an affiliate of FSB and Seavest Properties III has acquired the Centura Health medical office buildings, which total 317,026 square feet of office space.
