MIAMI-U.S. Century Bank has sold 28 units in the 156-unit Sail condominium at 170 S.E. 14th St. in the Brickell area of Miami at a 23% discount. The Doral-based bank snapped up the units in August from Sail LLC and Renzo Renzi after foreclosing on a $5.2-million debt.
U.S. Century Bank sold the units in December to Miami-based Mundi LLC for $4 million. The Sail condominium was developed in 2006 by Renzi. For the full story, go to South Florida Business Journal .
