NEW YORK CITY-HFZ Capital Group led by Ziel Feldman and Vornado Realty Trust have purchased the Marquand, an apartment building located at 11 E. 68th Street on Madison Avenue, for a price of $170 million. HFZ Capital is taking control over 41 rental units of the 12-floor building, while Vornado Realty is getting control of a 100-foot-long retail space. Eastdil Secured marketed the property.
