WASHINGTON, DC-The US Small Business Administration (SBA) has renewed its 254,267-square-foot lease at the Washington Office Center for another decade. The General Services Administration brokered the lease deal. With this deal, the office center located at 409 Third St. SW is now roughly 100% leased.
In the transaction, Jones Lang LaSalle Inc.'s Rob Carey, Bill Craig and Jae Lee assisted the General Services Administration, while Brendan Owen and Greg Redding negotiated on behalf of the owner, Vornado/Charles E. Smith. For the full story, go to Washington Business Journal .
