NEW YORK CITY-Fashion designer Carolina Herrera's firm has expanded its US headquarters space located at 501 Seventh Avenue from 18,509 square feet to 29,702 square feet. The firm has leased an additional space on the 16th floor of the building owned by W&H Properties. The lease runs for 15 years. CBRE negotiated the deal on behalf of both the tenant and the owner.
