New York City-Geneva Worldwide has signed a lease for 10 years with East End Capital for nearly 7,500 square feet of space at 256 West 38th St. situated between Seventh and Eighth avenues. Asking rent for the space was $35 per square foot.

East End Capital acquired the 14-story building for $30 million last summer and carried out a $2.5-million renovation. Cushman & Wakefield Inc. represented the tenant and Newmark Knight Frank represented the landlord in the lease transaction. For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business .
