RALEIGH, NC-The College Inn student housing complex situated near N.C. State University will undergo improvements. The Preiss Co. of Raleigh created a joint venture with Heitman in December to purchase the four-story, 121-unit apartment complex from the N.C. State Student Aid Association, also called the Wolfpack Club.
The partnership acquired the 440-bed property for $26.5 million and changed the name as The Dail College Inn. Multifamily Realty Advisors' Richard Cotton brokered the deal on behalf of the seller. For the full story, go to Triangle Business Journal .
