NEW YORK CITY-The Rudin family has become the sole owner of One Battery Park Plaza by purchasing the Rose family's 50% interest on the property for roughly $80 million. The office building, also known as 24 State St., was built in 1970 by David Rose and Samuel Rudin. With this acquisition, the Rudin family expands its interest in the downtown office market, while the Rose family can now increase its focus on the residential market.
