GLENDALE, AZ-Wisconsin-based Black Sand Capital LLC has paid $5.9 million for the Shops at Arrowhead. VHC 211 LLC was the seller of the 13,247-square-foot retail center.
The center, situated at 7708 W. Bell Road, is 100% occupied by Aspen Dental, Jimmy John's Gourmet Sandwiches, Mattress Firm, T-Mobile and The Vitamin Shoppe.
