DALLAS-The Dallas law office of Missouri-based Polsinelli Shughart PC has occupied a full floor at Saint Ann Court in Uptown Dallas. The firm has leased 25,267 square feet at the 26-story Class AA office tower.
Polsinelli Shughart is planning to relocate from 1717 McKinney to the entire 19th-floor space at Harwood International's high-rise on March 15. Cushman & Wakefield's Mike Wyatt and Bill McClung represented the tenant, while Harwood's David Roehm, Peter Sleiman and Jihane Boury represented the owner in the deal.
