BUFFALO, NY-Benderson Development Co. has acquired the recently shut down Alice's Kitchen restaurant site in Amherst. The company, through affiliates of RB-3 Associates and Benderson Properties Inc., bought the restaurant at the corner Alberta and Sheridan drives for $935,000.
Luppino family members owned the building. Alice's Kitchen closed the restaurant on January 5. Bob Damian of Buffalo-based Pyramid Brokerage Co. and Robert Nuchereno of Arista Development brokered the sale. For the full story, go to Buffalo Business First .
