CHICAGO-Michael Reschke, chairman and CEO of Prime Group Inc., is planning to build a Residence Inn by Marriott in the Loop. The Chicago developer is looking for $65 million to $70 million in construction to transform the Roanoke Building located at 11 S. LaSalle St. into a 375-room hotel.
In November 2010, Reschke opened J. W. Marriott Hotel, a 610-room inn at 151 W. Adams St. The developer is planning to start the redevelopment this summer. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business .
