NEW YORK CITY-Kohl's Corp., a Wisconsin-based department store operator, will expand its New York design office to over 100,000 square feet by 2014. The company opened its design office five years ago in the Big Apple and relocated into its current office measuring 59,000 square feet at 1400 Broadway in 2010.
