LONDON-AXA Real Estate Investment Managers has selected Balfour Beatty as the chief contractor for the final phase of the Sixty London project. The construction work on the next phase of Sixty London, a 215,000-squre-foot office development in London, has already started.
Development Venture III is the developer and Kohn Pederson Fox Associates is the designer of the project, which is expected to be completed in summer 2013.
