MANCHESTER, UK-The Peel Group has unveiled plans for an additional 4,940,634 square feet of development at the MedicaCityUK site. The company is looking for outline planning permission to create a new Salford Quays town center.
The proposed project will include 2,281,949 square feet of offices, 279,861 square feet of hotel, 1,022,571 square feet of residential, 86,111 square feet of retail, 1,237,849 square feet of public places and car parking and 26,909 square feet of leisure.
