AUSTIN, TX-Live Oak-Gottesman LLC, a commercial real estate company based in Austin, has acquired The Shops at Ladera Bend, a 45,000-square-foot retail center at 7300 Ranch Road 2222. The company worked closely with Klabzuba Real Estate of Fort Worth to complete the acquisition.
The purchase price of the property was not disclosed, but the property was appraised at more than $4.3 million. In the deal, the buyer was represented by The Brian Novy Co. and the seller was represented by Weitzman Group. For the full story, go to Austin Business Journal .
