WAUKESHA, WI-Bartlett, Illinois-based Greco and Sons is moving from Milwaukee to Waukesha. The food distributor has bought an industrial building measuring 49,500 square feet at 1100 Marlin Court from Donald J. Hindman Trust for $2.1 million.
The Waukesha facility was previously occupied by North American Corp. Greco and Sons will list its Milwaukee building, which measures approximately 15,000 square feet at 111 W. Maple St., for sale.
