PARIS-Accor has sold the Pullman Paris Rive Gauche, a 617-room hotel in Paris, for EUR 77 million. The hotel was purchased by Bouygues Immobilier.

Since 2009, Pullman has been expanding in western Paris. At first, the company acquired the 460-room Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel hotel and then the 953-room Pullman Paris Montparnasse hotel in January 2011.
