WALLINGFORD, CT-A furniture rental company based in Virginia is taking a warehouse space in Wallingford. Cort Business Services Corp. has signed a lease for 12,750 square feet of space at 4 Northrop Industrial Park Road.
Cort has leased the warehouse space from 1070 North Farm Road LLC. It will house a warehouse and distribution center in the facility. UGL Services and Sentry Commercial negotiated the lease deal on behalf of the tenant. For the full story, go to Hartford Courant .
