ARLINGTON, VA-ARLnow has reported that the Arlington County Board has approved a plan to improve portion of Virginia Square in Arlington. The $3.7-million development will come up on the former Arlington Funeral Home site at 3901 Fairfax Drive.
The nine-story mixed-use building will comprise offices on the upper floors, retail on the ground floor and a 12,985-square-foot theater. The mixed-use commercial building will be developed by BDC Crimson LLC. For the full story, go to Washington Business Journal .
