RALEIGH, NC-A Goldman Sachs' real estate investment arm has acquired six office building properties in Cary and Raleigh for approximately $44 million. A subsidiary of Irving, Texas-based Archon Group, an associate of The Goldman Sachs Group Inc. has bought the properties from Indianapolis, Indiana-based Duke Realty.
The office properties include 5520 Capital Center Drive, 5540 Centerview Drive, 5565 Centerview Drive, 1616 Millbrook Road and 801 Jones Franklin Road in Raleigh and 6501 Weston Parkway in Cary. For the full story, go to Triangle Business Journal .
