
LONDON-Albany Homes International has obtained planning permission to develop the King Henry VIII dockyard situated in London into a new residential complex. The residential development, with a GDV of about GBP 25 million, will be constructed on a 1.52-acre site.
The new development will include a 15-story complex containing 100 residential units, a club on the ground floor, a roof garden and four floors of parking space. The building will have 80 private housing and 20 affordable housing units. For the full story, go to Property Wire .
