
BUFFALO, NY-The Kissling Interests has reorganized its plans for the upper floors of the 298 Main St. property in downtown Buffalo. The company has decided to renovate the 60,000-square-foot office space on the upper floors of the Main Street building into high-end apartments.
Kissling is planning to renovate the top four floors in the 11-story property into 26 apartments. The cost of the project is valued between $8 million and $9 million. The project is scheduled to begin early next month. For the full story, go to Buffalo Business First .
