CARLISLE, PA-Dallas-based Trammell Crow Co. and San Antonio-based USAA Real Estate Co. have recently started construction on a new industrial project in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. The industrial complex, called the Mountain Creek Distribution Center, will contain 1.3 million square feet of warehouse and distribution space.
Development costs of the project, which will come up on a 113-acre site along the corridor of Interstate 81, were not revealed. Brokers from Jones Lang LaSalle's Philadelphia office will manage the leasing of the industrial complex. For the full story, go to San Antonio Business Journal .
