BUFFALO, NY-A joint venture has bought the Olympic Towers, a 173,464-square-foot building on Pearl Street in downtown Buffalo. Olympic Towers Acquisition Co. LLC, an investment group, acquired the building for $2.5 million.
Olympic Towers Acquisition includes Prime Asset Fund's principals and New York City-based Genesee Street Partners LLC. CBRE/Buffalo brokers handled the sale. JPMC 2005-CIBC 12 Olympic Towers LLC bought the property in August 2008 for $8.46 million. For the full story, go to Buffalo Business First .
