NASHVILLE-New developers have assumed control over the sprawling Laurel Cove subdivision situated in southeast Williamson County. The Tennessean has reported that Texas-based Terra Verde Group has seized the project and plans to spend $750 million to revive it.

Terra Verde has changed the name of the neighborhood as The Grove, which will have 800 homes. The company is planning to start construction on the first home of The Grove this spring. For the full story, go to Nashville Business Journal .
