SACRAMENTO-The UC Davis Health System has recently purchased an empty office building in Sacramento for $7.7 million. The health center will renovate the two-story office building measuring 68,000 square feet at 4875 Broadway to provide support and office space for various research programs.
K&H California Inc. invited UC Davis to lease the property, but the university, instead of leasing, volunteered to buy the building. Kim Collins of Cornish & Carey Commercial negotiated the deal on behalf of the seller. For the full story, go to Sacramento Business Journal .
