BERLIN-Dusseldorf-based aik (APO Immobilien-Kapitalanlagegesellschaft mbH) has bought a residential property in Berlin-Spandau on behalf of a real estate occupational pension fund. The company has acquired the 185-unit apartment building for EUR 15 million from a closed-end real property fund controlled by a firm within the Optima group.

The apartments, constructed in 1997, measures 140,802 square feet and it has 93 parking lots. The residential building is fully leased and is situated in the Spandau district of Berlin. For the full story, go to Europe Real Estate .
