NEW YORK CITY-Sam Chang has sold a stalled hotel development lot at 50 Trinity Place for $15 million. The vacant development site, located on the corner of Rector Street, was sold an off-market deal.

A west coast group will assume control over the development of a roughly 197-room hotel on the Trinity Place site. According to city records, tax liens were sold out last fall. Ivan Hakimian's HPNY marketed the downtown lot. For the full story, go to New York Post .
