PHILADELPHIA-A partnership that transformed an office building into an apartment complex in Center City has listed the property on the market for sale. The 1201 Chestnut Street property, known as the Commonwealth, contains 98 apartment units and is situated in the Midtown Village neighborhood.

A partnership comprising Mark Hallowell, 806 Capital and Kevin Silverang and principals of Philadelphia-based SSH Real Estate owns the property. The 15-story, 90,000-square-foot building was sold in 2007 for $8.7 million. For the full story, go to Philadelphia Business Journal .
