WHITE MARSH, MD-Five office buildings in White Marsh has changed hands for $19.2 million. The buildings, which comprise a total area of 163,000 square feet, were sold by Corporate Office Properties Trust.
The properties include a 28,000-square-foot building at 7939 Honeygo Blvd.; a 28,000-square-foot building at 8133 Perry Hall Blvd.; a 23,000-square-foot structure at 7923 Honeygo Blvd.; a 38,000-square-foot building at 8615 Ridgely's Choice Drive; and a 46,000-square-foot structure at 8114 Sandpiper Circle.
