DUSSELDORF, GERMANY-The joint venture between INTERBODEN Innovative Lebenswelten and HOCHTIEF Projektentwicklung has sold the second phase of le flair, a residential quarter in downtown Dusseldorf. The second phase of the le flair project will include 151 rental apartments, nearly 10,763 square feet of commercial space and an underground parking space.
