LONDON-LaSalle Investment Management has sold Wey Retail Park, a 35,760-square-foot property in West Byfleet, Surrey. ING has bought Wey Retail Park for an amount of GBP 12.85 million.
Wey Retail Park accommodates various tenants including Halfords, Comet, Paul Simon and Pets at Home. LaSalle has sold the property for a pension fund client. Wragge and Co. and Wilkinson Williams negotiated the deal on behalf of LaSalle. For the full story, go to Europe Real Estate .
